Essential information in schools is spread across handbooks, staff structures and procedures. Beri is a collection of models that bring it together in one chatbot that answers staff, student and parents’ questions using only the school's own material with included citations.

Our Beri onboarding model is being currently implemented into a leading independent school to onboard 15 teachers this September 2026. New staff have to learn who to contact, how the core systems work and what the teaching procedures are, and the answers are spread across long documents. Our onboarding model provides a single interface for accessing all these answers.
